This page explains how data is handled in the 7C App. We spell out vendors, cookies, and compliance in plain terms. For Pakistani users, these notices are straightforward and practical.
If you log in to 7C or register with 7C, a few basic logs may be created. Many users in Karachi and Lahore operate accounts with EasyPaisa or JazzCash, so access and security limits are kept clear.

How we select vendors
There is screening in 4 stages.
1) Access is kept limited
Each vendor only gets as much data as is necessary for the job. Whether users are in Karachi or Lahore, the rules stay the same.
2) Logs and permissions are separate
Support team, security team, and analytics team do not view the same file. This separation reduces the chance of misuse.
Contracts and DPA
A written clause applies to each party.
Data protection clause
A DPA is in place with each partner. Storage, access, and deletion rules are clearly written.
Audit trail
When needed, we review the vendor's logs and actions. This step is the same across both 7C APK and web channels.
What happens when vendor changes
The transfer is silent, but recorded.
New vendor, new notice
If any service changes, the relevant notice is updated. Users know which data goes where.
Old data cleanup
Unnecessary records are deleted or restricted. This step is important for compliance and security.
Account, cookies, and local usage
Most users come from mobile.
Mobile session
The session loads quickly after 7C Download. Basic pages open even on weak 3G connections.
Pakistani channels
Notes for EasyPaisa and JazzCash are kept separate. Payment glimpse is only viewed when needed.
Record control
